Monica L. Long, Owner / CEO

For as long as she can remember, Monica has been an entrepreneur. She started with a fig pie and lemonade stand when she was a young girl, moved on to making and selling tamales in inner-city Houston as a teen, then to on-line retail and health supplements in her adult years. Monica has always had a strong passion for service and helping others succeed. She has spent summers in Mexico and Brazil serving others in community health projects with Amigos de las Americas and various missionary and humanitarian works. In addition, she has served as a Spanish/English translator for a local school.

Monica has 20 years of logistics experience, including 12 years at FedEx Express where she was client-focused, working to enhance the customer experience through quality assurance and continuous improvement in a variety of roles throughout the organization.

Her passion for excellence is evidenced by her multiple scholarships to Columbia University. Monica leads overall company strategy, customer satisfaction, sales, and financial results.


Matthew A. Long, President

Matthew brings over 25 years of logistics experience through various management and executive leadership roles including Sr. VP, CCO, and COO titles at a variety of medium and large Fortune 500 logistics companies. He has led operations and sales multinational integrators, dotcoms, domestic and international freight forwarders, and consolidators and achieved several industry awards for LEAN methodology execution& and employee engagement.

He is a graduate of Indiana State University with post-graduate studies at Indiana University. He is also a graduate of The Center for Creative Leadership.

Matthew is responsible for operational excellence, account management, and marketing.


Wayne Woods, Senior Vice President of Sales

Wayne has been helping companies of all sizes achieve their most important transportation objectives for over 25 years. Throughout his career as a trusted business advisor, he has served his clients in the roles of Sales Associate, Senior Sales Representative, Sales Manager, Sales Director and VP of Sales. He is passionate about customer satisfaction and works closely with our operations team to develop our Zero Defect Implementation technique for each client. This ensures that client needs are met across all services starting with the first shipment.

Wayne’s experience in designing and reengineering supply chains has been to take a holistic approach from manufacturing suppliers to end user delivery. In most cases this has included both domestic and international logistics footprint enhancements. His award winning success has included companies in nearly every vertical market, from small businesses to large Fortune 100 clients.

Wayne has always had a heart for service and helping others. After his naval career, Wayne began his entrepreneurial path and professional career by starting his own business in the hair styling industry. His first company was an eight chair styling salon. During the many hours he spent with his highly successful clients in the chair, he gained valuable business strategies and insight. Wayne was amazed at how much knowledge was available for free, just by asking. After winning several industry awards and selling his salon, Wayne purchased a hair product and equipment franchise, where he gained distribution knowledge by working with a local warehouse to guarantee all processes were successful to meet his clients’ needs. Now Wayne loves to pay it forward and encourages anyone from any company to reach out to him for free advice on how to improve their logistics positions in both cost and service.

​Wayne attended Indiana Univers​ity, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Marketing Distribution with a Minor in Economics. While in school, Wayne was appointed to the Indiana Board of Governors for the American Society of Transportation and Logistics. Wayne enjoys helping others succeed and is a certified SCORE mentor, helping entrepreneurs start and grow their business. He has successfully mentored 7 new startup businesses in central Indiana.

Wayne and his wife are avid fly fishermen who travel around the world to popular fishing destinations. He uses his skills to help teach new fly fishing students and volunteers for the national non-profit organization, Casting for Recovery, which sponsors retreats to teach women with breast cancer the sport of fly fishing. He is also a volunteer for Project Healing Waters, a non-profit organization that teaches disabled veterans to fly fish.

Eric M Bond, Director of Solution Design

Eric has over 20 years of international and domestic freight forwarding, warehousing, logistics and supply chain management experience from operations management to executive leadership positions. He has designed and implemented logistics projects in over 40 countries and across the United States.  

Eric's expertise in logistics and supply chain spans across nearly all vertical markets including automotive, heavy manufacturing, aerospace, retail, pharma, medical and government services.

He is a graduate of the University of Michigan class of 1993.

Eric facilitates consulting, contract management, and solution design.


Jose M. Ockerman, Chief Technology Officer

Jose has managed high-level strategic projects, both on the operational side and management side, throughout product and software lifecycles.  Project leadership includes, software development management, PMO Leadership roles, business intelligence solutions, infrastructure upgrades and new data center.  CRM deployement, administration and support .  Project leadership includes UCAAS, Whitebox SAAS, Oracle Monetization Cloud, SureTax, Salesforce, OneBill and LMS solutions and other cloud monetization solutions.

He holds a bachelor's degree from the Florida State University, an MBA from Dowling College and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Florida International University.

Jose has earned multiple industry awards for his visionary continuous improvement achievements in technology and process enhancements. He is a certified ISO auditor and has implemented ISO systems standards and training at a Fortune 100 corporation. 


​Patrick J. Olmstead, Jr., General Counsel 

Patrick chairs the Ethics Hotline for the Indiana State Bar Association.  He is President of the Notre Dame Class of 1990, where he received his BA in Government.  He is also a board member of the Notre Dame Club of Indianapolis, served on the Indiana Law Review and received the James Lawrence Miller Fellowship from the Indianapolis Bar Foundation.

He received his J.D., summa cum laude, from the Indiana University McKinney School of Law in 2001, where he was salutatorian. 

Patrick was designated an Indiana Super Lawyer in 2014 and 2015, in the field of professional liability defense.  The Super Lawyer designation is reserved for the top 5% of lawyers in 70 fields of practice.
